CHRISTOPHER "KIT" BOYD

My work concerns our relationship with landscape and our place in nature, ecologically, spiritually and emotionally.
I work within the British romantic tradition and my affinity is with the following romantic and surrealist artists: Graham Sutherland, Paul Nash, John Nash, John Craxton, John Minton, Keith Vaughan, Pavel Tchelitchew, Eric Ravilious, Edward Bawden, Samuel Palmer, Michael Ayrton, Denton Welch, Andre Masson, Max Ernst, Alan Reynolds, Garrick Palmer, and John Tunnard.
I live and work in south London, with a studio in Erlang House, Blackfriars Road SE1 and am currently looking for exhibition opportunities. Visitors are welcome to my studio by appointment.
Several of my paintings are currently on show at The Awareness Centre, 41 Abbeville Road, Clapham Common.
